1. How much are your services going to cost? Please take a look at our RATES. We boast a flat hourly rate, regardless of how many items need service, plus FREE prompt phone support after the initial service call.

2. What area do you service? Our standard service area covers nearly all of Los Angeles County. Please look at the Coverage Area map on our RATES page for specifics.

3. I'm pretty far away. Can you still service me? If you're within our standard service area, we'll send a technical consultant to your home or office for no mileage charge. If you are outside our standard service area, there will be a nominal mileage charge. (See the Coverage Area section of our RATES page.)

4. Can you fix my equipment? Given enough time and budget, nearly every computer or electronic component can be repaired or restored. Our technical consultant will thoroughly analyze each problem, and advise whether it is more cost-effective to buy new equipment.

5. How long will your work take? Sometimes a job can be completed within our one-hour minimum. During this first hour, our technical consultant will give you a thorough analysis and cost estimate. Most jobs can be completed in one day or less, but there are jobs, such as large-scale networking, which span multiple days.

6. What computers do you service? We service PCs running Microsoft Windows and Apple computers.

7. Do you offer a discount on hardware or software? If you are in the educational community, you may receive a discount from some manufacturers like Apple.

8. Would you travel outside of California? We can cover service anywhere outside of our standard service area for our standard hourly fee plus mileage (see the Coverage Area section of our RATES page), plus, if applicable, travel costs like airfare, hotels, and a $50 per diem.

9. Do you offer any special incentives? We offer a referral bonus: if you refer a client to us and they hire us, you get a FREE gift. There is no limit to this referral bonus. If you refer 10 clients, you get 10 FREE gifts.

10. Do you design websites? No, but we can provide you with a list of website designers. Just let us know what you need. All rates and negotiations will strictly be between you and the web designer.
